No he didn't. Minnesota election law says that the state cannot award a certificate of election if one party contests the results.

Coleman is a child if he actually sues. He was the one screaming for Franken to Concede right after the first results and has used childish tactics to try to slow this down.

He has been swatted down time and time again in the courts. And will be again. If he decides to sue he is only delaying representation for his own gain.

It is over regardless.
