Default Weather@subsim clubhouse

Hey Neal, I saw your're having some wild weather down there . On one of the news reports they said Galveston, so I trust all of the hatches are closed at the southern command center.

Put on your Mae West and get your family to high ground.

Hope you all are safe and will be in a safe place to ride this out.

My thoughts will be with you. FIREWALL

Feel free to ride it out here at the Ft.Worth U-boat pens if it gets too rough.

More wild weather!

I noticed the subsim webcam is black! Send a repair crew out to fix it.

If you watch closely, you might see Neal run by with his u-boat model in hand.

I hope we make radio contact with the clubhouse soon. Nobody wants to recieve the message: "Overdue, presumed lost."

I bet he's fine. Maximum sustained winds never really got above 35-40mph near land. It started to weaken almost as soon as it hit the coast, too.

I know what you mean. I remember back in the `05 hurricane season, with Charley, Francis, and Jeane (and Ivan, but that one wasn't near me), that the news reporters were going nuts over the storms. If it were up to them, they probably would have evacuated the whole state, no doubt.

I asked for some rain, thought I was getting a hurricane, but I've seen more wind from an ex slamming the door!
