Default Return-to-patrol destruction

For some reason now every time I return to a patrol (GWX2.0) after a Save and Exit the sub crashes to the bottom and is destroyed. It does not matter if the patrol was Saved when the sub was surfaced or submerged, the same problem occurs. The appearance on the screen is as if the boat were dropped from a great height, rapidly sinks beyond crush depth and crashes into the sea bottom. Never had this happen before and am an old hand at SH3 and GWX. This does not happen at the start of a patrol while in harbor...and I've restarted patrols multiple times to test; it now occurs every time upon a Save and then restart. Any ideas anyone?

Known Bug if using SH3Weather, and some people experience this if restoring agame after a save while under water on near a convoy.

As Irish said tis a known bug with said mod

Go to

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Campaigns\Campa ign

Open the Campaign_RND\LND and SCR in Notepad

Look for this section

Fog=1
FogRand=0
Clouds=1
CloudsRand=0
Precip=0
PrecipRand=0
WindHeading=0
WindSpeed=4.000000 < Make sure not at 0
WindRand=0
WeatherRndInterval=5

If at 0 speed change all 3 files to read the same then save

irish1958 and bigboywooly: You put your finger on it precisely. Was set to zero. Now corrected. I appreciate the quick response. Thank you both.
