can not run game

i bought this game10/12/07
i did not have time right away
so i instaal it today 1/08/08
install twice all i get this appiication has failed to
start because d3dk_32 dill was not found
i allso down load the upgrade and install it same thing
can some body hellp

It took me 15 emails wit UBI to get this sorted. I think a Directx update is needed. Try that and vid drivers.

You have to install the DirectX that comes with SHIV. Vista doesn't have DirectX 9 on it, and the game is hard coded to expect it. Do that and it should work.
