Refueling enroute to patrol area

How can I refuel at Midway enroute from Pearl to my patrol area. I can't get any options to refuel.

You'll see an icon in the top right-hand portion of screen when in port at Midway. Click on it.

When your close to Midway's port you should get a popup that gives you a choice of REFIT OR POSTPONE,

Click on REFIT. You'll get fuel and torps if you need them.
