I had a problem with sh3 involving after a few patrols(13)not being able to load a saved career anymore i was advised to correct it with the adding x after name etc but now the carrer tries to load and i get an exception error with the send error or dont send error microsoft dialoge.
what is an exception error anyone? has anyone else found themselves unable to load a career after doing a number of patrols?

Yes I did, a couple of times.
No idea why it happened. I did nothing with the career files or the program folder at all. It happened three times up till now. The first two times I had to go back to where there was an autosave in port. The last time I was able to go back a few saves and load a previous save while at sea. It sucks when this happens. ![]() |

Not much good with coding and things, but two errors that I have had are: :rotfl: Exceptional Error: ![]() ![]() ![]() I would guess, without looking it up, that a Fatal Exception is just another term for exceptional error, without the PUN. I found no work arounds for my so called, "Eceptional Error". Microsoft did however, release a patch that fixed that problem. |

fatal error is an error which causes a program to abort - and thus may return the user to the operating system. When this happens, data that the program was processing may be lost. A fatal error occurs typically in any of these cases:
Thanks to wikipedia for the info..... Basically a fatal error is where the program dose something that makes it's self dissapear into sillicon no-mans land
