Default How Great British Motorbikes are Made

This week my PM inbox at subsim has been filled up and you have all been asking me one question:
Letum, How are great British motorbikes live the Triumph Rocket III made?

As it would take me months, if not years to reply to you all personly I refer you all to this informative video.

These guys know what they are doing. They have been building bikes for over 900 years at the same British factory.

That is great. i didn't think Triumph were doing so well. Obviously wrong.

How British are they though? British owned or taken over by some foreign lot?

Triumph have been making motorcycles for a lot longer than 900 years, here is the evidence from the Bible:

'The roar of Moses' Triumph was heard in the hills'

Joshua also favoured the classic British bike, and evidently went for long rides on it too: 'His Triumph was heard throughout the land'

They were not the only Biblical petrol heads, Jesus drove a Pontiac, as evidenced by Psalm 83: 'pursue your enemies with your Tempest and terrify them with your Storm' although he was less enthusiastic about his Honda: 'For I did not speak of my own Accord', although it was clearly very popular with his followers: 'For the Apostles were in one Accord'

Yaweh favors Dodge pickup trucks: Moses' followers are warned not to go up a mountain 'until the Ram's horn sounds a long blast'

God prefers an old Plymouth: 'He drove Adam and Eve out of the Garden of Eden in a Fury'

I love Biblical humour.

I also love those guys in the white doctor's coats with the custom emblem racing helmets on.

No, I didn't make them up, most of those jokes are almost as old as the Bible, although as far as I'm aware, they are genuine bits from 'the Bible' which is probably pretty easy to do since there are lots of different versions of the Bible and most of the commonly quoted things from the Bible were actually written as a loose translation when England was umming and ahhing about whether to have a legally available version that wasn't in Latin so that Joe Bloggs could read it.

My friend's racing team used to race Triumph's in Superbike. They were the only ones riding Triumphs.

You would have though Triumph would have given them some support, but you would be wrong.

Chock, I humbly bow to your superior grasp of history. You directly reference facts from original sources, and back up your arguments with authentic documentation. I salute you, sir.
