How do you make it show the text instead of a link?
What is the control/command for posting like that? ![]() |

I had the opportunity to visit the park and tour the boat during a business/family trip last October. Gave me goosebumps being aboard the sub in Pearl Harbor. They also have the conning tower of the USS Parche (of "Red" Ramage fame) on display nearby. You are able to look through the raised periscope into the harbor, as well as see a pretty well intact version of the TDC. The Bowfin itself is in remarkable shape and anyone who gets to the islands owes themselves a trip. It is part of the same complex that houses the Arizona Memorial Museum and the USS Missouri.
It was quite an experience to have the Mighty Mo and an Arleigh Burke class destroyer fill the scope. ![]() If anyone is interested I would be happy to upload some of the pictures that I took, both interior and exterior. You know, for reference. ![]() Thanks CDR Resser
