Inbound BdU messages in French

Everything appears to otherwise work fine. All wittern text is in English and my out going status reports are in English as were my first two "Press the attack" messages were in English but all subseguent beginings of hostilities messages have all come in French. I've checked and rechecked all my settings and they appear correct. Can any of you folks give me any ideas how to go about correcting this annoying problem? I speak and understand enough German I could try that but I'd really like to get to text to work properly. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me with this "bug"?
