SBP dongle and Windows Vista
It seems while running the simulation with Windows Vista is fine, the dongle sometimes causes Vista users some problems. As I understand it, this problem should not be permament. For the simple solution, read these remarks by the dongle manufacturer, Wibu/Codemeter:
