I figured out the problem. I am using maGUI F, and it comes with fixes for FM interiors. I am using DD openhatch, and open conning tower. The interiors has a fix for maGUI F and open conning tower uses a fix for maGUI F. If I use either fix, I lose the fore torpedo room. If I use interiors by itself, then I am ok, i get the room.

Any Ideas? is there a mod to readd the room after the fix?
