Not really. I was in testing things out and wanted to see if I had the issue and I did. Fifi has said he has the camera fixed for next release, I can wait.
It is not a feature I use a lot anyway. When I play, I generally stay on the map, bridge, Uboat interior, or the periscope views.
It does come in handy for screen shots.

I noticed that the emblems have a light grey box around them on Type VII's. Sorry the picture is not better ;
Not sure if this is on my end or not. No one else has mentioned such a thing.
It's not the emblems as it works fine on the Type II's.
