Update for others:

Testing shows that the underwater corruption was caused by DynEnv v2.9 Enhanced Visibility (High) Mod, if I use DynEnv v2.9 Enhanced Visibility (Med) its fine.

More Questions:

Are the Set Intercept Course and Set Parallel Course buttons supposed to do anything? Because even if I lock a contact then use these button, nothing seems to happen.
