WELCOME ABOARD!
There is no true "free" camera in SH2, only the one that is tied to each ship.
I don't recall the torpedoes for AI units. I vaguely recall enemy DDs firing in Destroyer Command, but even that memory may be wrong.
Someone should be along with more information soon.
