Are you sure you have "10 1941.ogg" file in your events folder?

I've confirmed the problem. It must be something related to radio events and 10 1941.ogg file... 
EDIT 3 : SOLVED
The problem is blank space after the file extension ... MediaFile=10 1941.ogg _
I'll have to fix that...
