The game does create registry entries when installed, including one for uninstallation. You might try to uninstall the game in Control Panel/Programs and Features. Hopefully, the uninstall will tell you that the game is already gone and then remove the now unused registry entries for it. See if you can re-install after doing this.

If that does not work, then you may have to manually edit the registry (not advised if you don't have experience and comfort with such an operation as you can make your machine unusable with potential loss of ALL data and programs). Regedit is the program to do this, and it probably requires Administrator privileges. If you search the registry for "aos2" or "talonsoft", then you should find all of the registry entries related to the game. I would suggest only removing the Uninstall entries and then see if you can re-install the game.
