I love mods like this. I remember way back when I played Skyrim, out of maybe a hundred mods I had installed one of most memorable was little modification adding singing birds to the game - just couldn't imagine the game world without it. So, big thanks for making SH5 sea more alive
I'm happy to confirm it works fine for me (running TWoS 2.2.23), though I have noticed one issue - for some reason fish seem partially transparent:
