Newbie here, although I have played the old Silent Service and SH 4 for years. I have just downloaded SH 4 ver. 1.4, but when I try to execute it, it tells me
"This app has been blocked for your protection"
Seems I need administrator approval... I have no anti-virus programs other than the native Win 10 stuff. Any ideas?
