The first two are general damage control, but could be a good fit for Auxiliary. The last one doesn't fit any specific division.

Navigation for radar range. Signal noise from speed I assume is the sensor degradation from going faster. Self noise reduction and Signal noise from speed would go good together in their own General category. Marine growth on the hull would contribute to both factors.
