Feeling a tad annoyed atm. Expecting arrival of two parcels this morning and went out for eight minutes to take the wife to the ferry terminal and when I got back I'd missed them both.
Followed the instructions on the ticket regarding whereabouts of goods etc. and the system reckons my reference number is invalid
Looking like a drive to the collection office this afternoon
