No this should be a common file with all campaign folders
Click anywhere on the map to force ME2 to goto warp speed for loading the layers

You can not draw a shape - you must select one from the drop down menu. You can then adjust the scale and rotation

Use the start and end dates to make the shapes match the defside file.
