My crystal-ball has shown you deleting tex/TGAs. Then the exhaust smoke is comming out of the *val-files.

"Don't care" = don't care for the exhaust graphics.
Rather not have them, i.e. It's not the color as much as the volume; poorly tuned diesels, that.
