Just enable this as the a lone sound entry in mod enabler when you're using the Uboats, if you switch to fleet boats remove it out.

The speech folder in my mod is useless there are a lot of missing sounds...that's the reason for CTD!!!
... don't ask me where i get this Speech folder from
