If you accept, you go to the Asiatic fleet and get patrols from there.
If you don't accept, you stay in your present location and get patrols from there.
Patrols zones assigned are different for each area.
Your first patrol from your new zone will, however, be the one you would have received from old zone.. UBI-hell again.
