I see where Bubblehead is going with this..
History has been replete with cases of friendly fire situations. Heck, even the Brit's did, in their fervor, to trash Bismarck, as I recall.. attacking 1 of their own ships in an air attack, that thankfully, was called off.. but not I suspect, before having the crew, of that ship, doing a shorts check after the attack...
