Finally! A trailer accompanied by a release date! (Dec 20 this year)
I just got back from evening shift and I need to be back up in six hours, so I'm way too tired to write anything longer, but the trailer definitely exceeded my expectations!
The fighting is well edited, not the stupid ADHD .5 sec cuts we see way too often, the choreography looked good too (Vladimir Furdik from GoT). Still not sold on Cavill as Geralt, but he is a fan of both the books and the games so I suppose there's that going for him. Recognized many scenes from the books, which put a smile on my tired face though.
The biggest downside is the god-awful Nilgaardian armor (the one that looks like a black ballsack). I just don't understand it, everything else looks good but then someone thought
that looked good.
