I'm running RA v1.35 and modified the Sicilian Wedding mission by Bill Nicholls to use the Collins Class Submarine in this theatre of events and find it much more difficult now to not be detected thus the strategy in sneaking past a heavy patrolled locality is almost impossible but doable if I know the best approach in being undetected...\\The Collins Class is meant to be in the top ten of the diesel/electric subs where silence is concerned.

Each time I've been picked off by an ASROC but currently 'touch wood' I'm still alive by using another approach to reach this particular objective..(objective being infiltation 10km from harbour and photographing ships)

The sub's sensors do detect much easier in RA though and that goes on both sides (being subs and surface and air for that matter)
