Quite good pictures of both. 
The Vesikko I visit every time I am in Helsinki. The periscope has a "omnimeter" looking very much like the one OLC-uses in his manual targeting mod.
Worth going out to the old fortress of "Sweaborg" just to spend the day there. There is also an excellent brewery on the island  .
The U3 is also a coastal submarine. Single engine with two electrical motors. Notable as I see it is the bow with the "Balkongerät" almost like the german type XXIII
