* MoD : DEPTH GAUGE MOD V.1 *
* Game: SILENT HUNTER III v1.2 *
* By : Captain America *
* Date: April 13, 2005 *
********************************

This mod was designed to compliment TimeTraveller's "Crush Depth Changer Tool" to allow the player to select deeper depths via the 2D interface and 3D interior.

NOTE: To use this mod properly you need TimeTravller's tool found here:
http://www.delraydepot.com/tt/sh3.htm

WHAT IT CHANGES:
- Replaces the 260m 2D interface deep depth gauge with a 400m one.
- Replaces all 3D interior depth gauges (Command Room, Conning Tower and Radio Room) on all type VII and IX variants with a matching 400m one. The type II variants were left at default since their historical crush depths are less than 260m. Also, the XXI variants were not changed since they already include a 400m depth gauge in all 3D interiors.

INSTALLATION:

A complete backup of the originals are included (refer to Uninstall section).

- Move the 3 folders (Interior, Textures, and Menu) into the game's DATA folder and overwrite when prompted. The default location to the DATA folder should be:
[your hard drive]:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\DATA

-Done.

UNINSTALL:

- Move the folders (Interior and Menu) located in the folder named Original_Backup included with this mod into:
[your hard drive]:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\DATA

- Delete the following textures located in:
[your hard drive]:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\DATA\TEXTURES\TNORMA L\TEX
- detalli_7.tga
- cadrane_radio_7.tga
- 7cIc_tif.tga

- Done.

*You are not permitted to combine this mod with other mods for circulation without my consent. I have spent a lot of time on this and would appreciate if you respect that.

Enjoy

-Captain America
