I have & recall seeing it mmentioned.. before. Is 1 of the .cfg files either GameplaySettings.cfg, or main.cfg, not having the time compression settings there.. somehow they get taken out of the file. Trying to recall if it is the .cfg file in the game folder itself.. or the save folder.
Am doing some digging about to relocate the info I have saved off on that issue, as I have ran into it myself a time.. or 2...
I shall post the solution, just as soon as I locate it.. if another doesn't beat Me to it, first...
