The problem is that the implosion which results when the submarine does fail critically happens pretty much instantly, so it's actually an accurate representation to have the lights suddenly go black (if not the drama I was looking for).
I still say they throw in dramatic loud groans so we have a moment of panic first.  |
That is actually true, I wasn't thinking about it...
I was all "yeeeeah let's do it nasty and people shouting" then I read your answer and it actually makes a lot of sense
What about getting water in? Right now there is only some wet effect on the sub floor, am I right?
