I wish to nominate CapnScurvy for "Modder of the Year" (aka: The Mod Hatter) for his overall work in Fall of the Rising Sun Ultimate, and specifically for the forthcoming updates of his compilations and settings of his and others' mods, tremendously improving them and adding to the FotRSU mod and thereby Silent Hunter 4 and the SubSim community.
