I have couple of product keys of Win 7 and 8.1 from school days, and decided to get ISOs of them for future use thanks to this thread.
Once in the download section I entered a product key of one of the copies, but it turned out to be invalid.
I opened the chat to understand what's going on and shortly I had someone typing back.
He asked for the said key and once provided he paused for a minute and then came back with a barrage of questions: where you got it from, why you got it, you were not suppose to have it, this is serious blaa blaa
I explained that these were provided by my uni etc. Immediately he gave me link and just said that he's unable to help me since he is trained and qualified to help only retail key customers!! Damn, they have specified work descriptions there!
And I thought it would be easy just todownload windows ISO legimitely haha!
Oh, and the link I got was dead. So zero points to Microsoft customer service, once again!
