Yes, for sure TMO & Stock but as it gathers data from Saved Games and basic SH4 files that are universal to all installs, it should work.

If it doesn't know if a Warship or Maru it will ask.

Kim did an outstanding job with this and it was nice of him to publicly release it. It won't conflict or cause damage either :)
