Indeed; it's 2AM in a certain crack-infested twenty-five floor 'Frisco housing Federal project with 3 garage levels and you've just caught an umpteenth 200+lb male dealer (age 15-25...and stupid in the '90's)with the goods still on him...my third cuff-case only held the disposable rubber-gloves.. Most willingly"gave up the goods" when confronted with proctology 101 leaving me free to write the grave-shift report w/o sordid details. They blew up the asbestos contaminated rat-infested place in the late 90's...I did'nt let the door slam me in the ass on departure!
