Last season’s Chiefs-Rams game was scheduled to be played in Mexico City but was moved to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, the Rams’ home field, because the condition of the playing surface at Estadio Azteca raised player-safety concerns. The relocated game in L.A. ended up being the most memorable contest of the 2018 regular season, as the Rams beat the Chiefs, 54-51, in the first-ever NFL game in which each team had 50 or more points.
