Down here in SoCal, we can still walk around if we please, so the chance of getting "stir crazy" or having "cabin fever" isn't really an issue unless a person is one of those sort who just has to be in a group; in fact, its a bit refreshing to walk about and not have to deal with crowded sidewalks or traffic in the streets...
