I use
Roboots's Water Drips 1.1 too but I did not start SH5 after Update TWoS from v2.2.19 to v2.2.20. I can have a try at the weekend and can tell if I get CTD with this addons too.
With older versions of TWoS I had not any issues with
Roboots's Water Drips 1.1.
