Ship Losses:
Heimdal (Denmark) The schooner was abandoned in the Baltic Sea with the loss of two of her crew. Survivors were rescued by the trawler
Vidette, which took her in tow She sank the next day (57°33′N 11°00′E).
Nicolao Tommaseo (Italy) The cargo ship ran aground near the Karabournou Lighthouse, Turkey. She was refloated on 3 March.
