Copyright would not apply for your personal use anyway.
All you need to do is insert the files in the correct folder but I don't listen to music so I don't know which folder that would be. I can't believe that this question has never come up before so if you search for "How to music files" or something similar in the SH3 forums I'm confident you can sort through the chumb and find something useful.
