Here's what is needed for .wav files:
Bit Rate: 352kbps
Audio sample size: 16 bit
Channels: 2 (stereo)
Audio sample rate: 11 kHz
Audio format: PCM
If you're using Sound Recorder, do a 'save as' and adjust the parameters by clicking on the 'Format' button.
