LAA, is NOT a patch... it's...
more, in the way of an app or a tool... to tell your computer that 'hey dummy, this game (or any other game, for that matter...
that's long in the tooth) has full & unfettered access, to 4 gigs of RAM.'
Back when SH4 was released... computers, weren't as... sophisticated or as complex, with so many... bells & whistles as they have as they are nowadays...
& so... did not need such, to do that.
