That's exactly what it looks like from above. A 200-yard by 65nm line of Morse Code.
I inspected it from below the surface with the periscope at about 3-400 yards. The top is very flat with rather sharp, 90-degree edges and lies just below the surface. The sides have long ridges that run up & down from the top to the bottom, I suspect.
