I have SH3 1.4b in Windows 10 LTSC 2019 and it works flawlessly.
My copy is DRM free and I didnīt set any compatibility mode to make it work.
SH3 is a portable game (at least without DRM) and you can have as many copies as you want. Copy-paste from USB to computer, from hard disk to SSD, etc.
Thatīs all I can say.
Problems may arise if you want to make antialiasing work on newest operating systems and/or latest graphic drivers (in my case GTX 1060).
Anyone knows how to solve this?
