Thanks very much to post this card, Kartengruppe, yes, this is the one comming with the AOD CD-ROM together with the printed manual.
Other than this card, there is none, but if you look for your any coordinates in the world, suffice to click on the 'Strategic Map' in the game, it will display the coded coordinates, e.g. AM4869 etc.
