How to install:
!!! FIRST MAKE A BACKUP OF SH3.EXE FILE IN THE GAME FOLDER !!!
1. Copy files in the folder ARB WideGui 1920x1080 into the game folder.
2. Copy files in the folder TychoSh3Patch_v3 into the game folder.
3. Run the TychoSh3Patch.bat

I don't know what may go wrong, the fullscreen map that splits in two.
My SH3.EXE is patched in order of priority as below...
1.(SH3-H.sie_V16B1-Patch-Kit)
2.(Stiebler4C_V16B1)
3.(ARB WideGui 1920x1080 final)
4.(TychoSh3Patch_v3)
5.(ARB WideGui 1920x1080 hotfix v0.3)
6.(TychoSh3Patch_v3)
7.(ARB WideGui 1920x1080 hotfix v0.3.1)
