Neal, the main effect of the vaccines so far seems to be that they do not necessarily prevent infection, but prevent "infection" translating into "serious case, hospitalization, (death)". In Germany there is for exmaple currently a wave of infections in a careteking home for the elder who all are vaccinated since weeks and months. The point is none of them is seriously ill where before most of them would have gotten hospitalized and many would have died.

We will most likely, need additional jabs later on. And then yearly jabs for new mutations.

Boost your immune system, guys. Mankind deals with virusses since millenia. 8% of our genome is form virusses. Strengthen it with nutrition and nutrients, modulate it so that it produces less inflammatory and more non-inflammatory zytokines. Reduce silent inflammation in your body by reducing inflammatory fat consumption (Omega 6). Take control of your overweight if you have any, and your existing health conditions where existent, and your diabetes if you have it.

Every such measurement shifts chances and probabilities in your favour a bit.

Be sceptical on the established eating and nutrition recommendations. Most of what they say most likely will make you sick - and the food industry smile over its profits.

Take control of your health. Learn to question your doctors. They are just humans. They are no know-it-alls. They are victims of the paradigms they had to submit to when they were students. Precondition for that is that you get some education on health and eating yourself - preferrably from outside the existing medical institutions' paradigms - because all too often these are highly problematic.

Thats why I opened up that "healt" thread. To get you started. It is not "complete" and never will be. But its a start for your journey.
