ReadyBoost?
Slow, unweildy, and possibly much much slower than virtual memory since my RAID at home can sustain 109 MB/sec (tested with Sandra) and the fastest flash drives (I have a Sandisk Cruiser titanium) sustain about 15 MB/sec. The only thing missing would be the clickity clack of the hard drive if you used Readyboost.

Maybe in the future this will be a good idea when flash memory and its USB interface goes faster than mechanical drives, but for the short term - its a major major major (did I emphasize that enough?) downgrade to using your hard drive instead.

PS. A single normal generic 300 GB or so hard drive by the way can still sustain 40 to 50 MB/sec no problem.
