Would anyone know what this is? Been having these issues ever since TWoS is out there, guess it's something with smoke effects?? Had this on 2 different CPUs and 3 different GPUs throughout the years/upgrades and still can't figure out what's the culprit... Dont care about that too much, its a "small bug". Like you saw, it will disappear after a while.
Normal issue we all have sometimes.
