Drednot , they should all be in your game folder the main one not in any sub folder.That´s where mine are.
Did you try starting the game after installing the one you downloaded?

I got mine form the defunct panzersim.com website 2 years ago.Have you tried googling them to see where they are available?I think on files4share or filefront or websites like that should be able to find them.Read the old pòsts on TvsT in the subsim forum you may find the info you need.That´s how I found that thing about the missing dll file.

Don´t look in C: windows system 32 it´s c: windows system only.
